Verizon HTC Tablet Developed?

According to sources HTC is developing a tablet computer that will run Google's Chrome operating system and will be released for Verizon during the upcoming holiday season. The device has a 1280 by 720 pixel touch screen display with a built in web cam, 2GB  of Ram and 32 GB of storage space. 'Chrome OS is one of the few future operating systems for which there are already millions of applications that work,' Sundar Pinchai, Google's vice president of product management, said last month. 'You don't need to redesign Gmail for it to work on Chrome.' HTC which is famous for its Android smart phones is working with the internet search giant to allow the tablet to be given to Verizon and will be cheaper then the Apple's iPad; which will cause some competition between the two companies. 'We're working on tablets together,' Lowell McAdam, Verizon's chief executive, said in May. 'We're looking at all the things Google has in its archives that we could put on a tablet to make it a great experience.'
