The Verizon/AT&T War Has Begun
By Tommy Rebik

Well, AT&T has done it again folks, correction; they’ve asked for something to be done AT&T has amended its lawsuit against Verizon and is now DEMANDING, felt it should be capitalized, that Verizon remove all commercials depicting AT&T’s coverage versus Verizon’s coverage. The latest of the commercials can be found in our video news section. AT&T asked Wednesday in an Atlanta courthouse to have the commercials pulled immediately. AT&T is saying the maps are misleading customers, making them believe that the white areas on the maps shown are where no service exists. Not true says Verizon claiming the maps are signal strength for 3G coverage not wireless coverage overall, i.e. extended network. I can go with AT&T on this line of thought however. I know from reports and AT&T press releases that 75 % of American is covered under AT&T’s 3G network. So having all of South Dakota, Iowa, and Idaho covered 3G network is just a waste of time, effort and money on the part of Verizon, making them a bad business in my eyes. AT&T has consolidated its best coverage to the major populated area where the majority of its customers work, live and operate. By taking it’s earning and boosting its ability to handle more consumers and devices in a ever more populated area they are pushing them selves ahead of Verizon, the company that squanders million in putting 3G coverage over farm land and prairies. All I have to say is AT&T don’t waste your time with lawsuits, make a commercials, get new phones all the time, and don’t worry about Verizon, they’re just jealous that their band new phone only sold 100000 phones its opening weekend while your iPhone sold over 1000000 its opening weekend.
