Samsung Reveals Galaxy Tab

Recently Samsung has posted a teaser page for the Galaxy Tab; which will be 7.0 inch Android-based tablet computer. Samsung hope that this Tablet will rival and create competition against the Apple iPad as soon as it is released. A South Korean company made and posted a short video. The video displays a couple of features including augmented reality, video calling, and Internet browsing. The Tablet will run on Google's Android 2.2 and supports Adobe's Flash software. Samsung is trying to catch the attention of consumers that otherwise have their eye on the Apple iPad. Recently Dell has started selling the Streak; another Android-powered device, which creates even more competition for the Galaxy Tablet. Not only is it Dell, but other companies such as HTC, Verizon, and BlackBerry are all creating their own version of a tablet. Samsung is said to officially unveil the tablet on September 2 in Germany at the IFA Berlin show.
