We’re still suck using Office 2007, but we’re hoping to see the 2010 version soon enough; more excitingly though, we anticipate the release of Office Mobile 2010 as well. The highly sought after mobile rendition will allow simple sharing of documents between pc’s and mobile devices. After reading through the FAQ for the beta version currently available, the application will not be supported on Android or WebOS devices. It seems that Apple’s behemoth device, the iPhone, is too much of a cash cow to just ignore. Documents that are published through SharePoint Server 2010 will be accessible with the iPhone, BlackBerrys, and Symbian devices (we assume Maemo as well?) We’ll just have to see if this changes when an official release is available. Read.
