There is a defect in mine. The exterior touch-sensitive key pad doesn't work. Be careful.

have had this phone for a month, works great! the mansize qwerty is has made texting easier for me,( I'm a auto mechanic with large hands) and the exterior keypad is really practical for making and recieving calls. I customized the home screen carosel for my music and texting. best phone for my needs yet!

I like my phone its just that it is so sluggish when it receives multiple texts at one time. Sometimes it crashes and I have to remove and replace the battery. over all I like it and out of 10 stars i would give it a 6... Cant wait for the HTC EVO though!
