Previous cell phone news makes it obvious that HTC has plans to take Android phones to a cheaper mobile category with its upcoming release of the Click. The snowball only just began, and it’s now taking along Samsung for the roll. Samsung, who looks to be matching HTC’s intentions with Androids, has just received Wifi certification for its i5700 “Galaxy-lite”.
