Thanks to the PreThinking crew who thoroughly examines updates and changes to the Palm Pre we have speculation that Palm is designing their flagship handset with improved construction and care. What problems were to be addressed on the Pre to improve its structure? The most noticeable and effective improvement seems to be a solution, grey padding added to the battery compartment for a stronger battery connection, to the reset or turn off disease that the Pre experienced when the keyboard was closed. In addition to that remedy, another is rumored that rids of the defect screen that cracks and rotates. Only time and more purchased Pres will provide us with the substantiating information on that, but we do know the button color changed from pearl to silver. Lastly, a new battery model has been placed in the Pre with the Palm logo branded on the carrying case.
