It’s been a straightforward, solid rumor that Verizon was going to one day acquire the Palm Pre, and possibly even an enhanced version. But, what’s the desired unknown is when the Pre will be introduced on Verizon. Based on a random Wi-Fi Certificate that came out of the blue, the anticipation has reached an apex. Considering the time between today and CES, there wouldn’t be a better time. To further solidify the level of expectation, Sprint’s Pre’s Wi-Fi Certificate number was P100EWW, and the summer brought Verizon’s system P101 and P121. Nicely dovetailing the summer’s updates, this certificate is labeled with a P101EWW tag. There’s a chance this could be a completely new Palm to be dropped on VZW, and wherever Palm takes us, we’re excited. See.
