Big cell phone news for Google's Nexus One today. It is now compatible with AT&T and Rogers 3G networks. This is the moment so many of you have waited for that have stayed away from T-Mobile. You can purchase a new version of the Nexus One from Google's online phone store right now for $529. It seems Google's attempt to bring some freedom from contracts and providers about with the Nexus One have succeeded. As of later this year, the Nexus One will be available for T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Rogers, and Vodaphone. There aren't many obstacles left for it to overcome, and hopefully this in turn will help bring about the initial sales expectations (which have thus far fell incredibly short) Goldman Sachs originally set.
