In cell phone news, the HTC device is full of features, applications, and hidden RAM? Engadget is reporting that the HD2 devices have 576MB of RAM inside them when they were being developed in China. This was before T-Mobile released an upgraded US bound version with, yes the same amount of memory. It is hard to understand why HTC would disable part of its available hardware, or maybe a Windows Mobile 7 upgrade has been planned by the company for this phone all along, and wanted to keep the ability to run the OS kinda secrete. Stay tuned for new surprises that the HD2 might deliver. [Via Engadget]
