Currently there are a few Dell handsets roaming throughout international markets, more specifically China and Brazil. The Android powered device was manufactured by a company under the name of Qisda and has been on sale globally for some time now. It seems that the folks at Engdaget have confirmed that the same device has recently just passed through the FCC under  Qisda’s name. If you look at the picture, you’ll see an official FCC filling for the Qisda M01M. If you notice also, there is a shot of the Mini 5 with practically the same name. FCC files the handset as a “mobile internet device” that will carry support for WiFi as well as full HSPA (AT&T, Rogers, Bell, and Telus) as well as edge. Hopefully we’ll be seeing a stateside release soon? Link
