In the world of cell phone news, Google has been named as the target for a class action suit for its new venture called Google Buzz. Allegedly Google Buzz disclosed the personal information of Gmail users without consent. The internet has been raging against the company for how they introduced Buzz to the market. The complaint cites the computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1984 and the suit has the potential to include all Gmail user, that could mean over 31 million users at the time of the release of Buzz. A comment from Google has been reported, "we haven't yet been served, so we can't comment on the suit until we've had a chance to review it". It will be interesting to see what develops out of this suit, and class action. [Via
