There has finally been a fix to the 'disappearing app' glitch happening in the Android Market. Over the past week, some of the developers who were submitting updates noticed quite a problem, their apps had disappeared.   As if this wasn't a problem enough by itself - the developers whose apps had vanished from the Market were having no luck in getting a reply from Google when they promptly reported the problem. Five (5) days after the initial report was posted in the Official Android Forum did Google finally post in response to the problem.   Wednesday, June 9th - roughly a week after the problem began - Google said that it was able to fix the problem. The lost applications are now restored, and everything is back to working order in the Google Market. In response to the delay in responding to the problem, Google said, 'Regrettably, we fell short of our own standard for customer support by not communicating the issue to our developers and how we were working to resolve it.'
