
The Dell Streak is now the talk of the town this Summer. Today Dell announced launch plans due for the Android-Based Dell Streak handheld tablet, and also confirmed that the device will be getting the Android 2.2 update later this year - meaning that this tablet will be Flash-capable. The Streak was first introduced by Dell at CES this year ijn January, and since then, through a combination of statements and periodic leaks to Engadget, specifications for the device have been made public. What we know is that the Dell Streak will feature a 5-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen, a Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 2GB internal storage, 32GB expandable storage via SDCard, a 5-Megapixel camera with LED flash and a front-facing camera for video chat, 3G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity.
