AT&T undercuts it's competition in international SMS costs
By Tommy Rebik

International texters rejoice! AT&T has announced it's new Global Messaging 50 package today. While the service may not satisfy the spoiled unlimited text users needs, it does offer a fairly significant savings over typical international messaging costs. The $10(per month-subscription) package allows you to send 50 text, IM, picture, or video messages from more than 90 countries. The price per message included with the plan comes out to $.20 which is a $.30 savings from the typical $.50 international message price, and after the alotted 50 the price jumps to $.40 which is still a $.10 savings from the usual $.50. This new service will be available starting March 20th though be wary as this service only covers outgoing messages so be sure to include plenty of 'DO NOT TEXT BACK' demands in your texts.
