If you think that Apple’s patent war is over – you are terribly mistaken. This is only a beginning, my friends, and the battle is only about to start. If you remember, back in Summer (I guess) Apple did its best to ban the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 from being sold in Germany. Luckily for the Fruit Company, their suit was successful and for a couple of weeks the tablet mentioned was banned on the German market. But Samsung knows how the business should be done and after changing a couple of things released a bit modified but still great version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1. But as I’ve mentioned before, this is only a beginning and Apple sues Samsung for the Samsung Galaxy S II and Galaxy S Plus claiming that they both use something that Apple has certified before. The judicial process is only about to start, so, stay tuned to see how it ends.
