Who would ever think that small things such as mobile apps could actually stir a controversy around the planet? Well, it is possible after all. Exodus International, the nonprofit Christian organization devoted to helping people get though their struggle against homosexuality, launched its first app to the Apple Store months ago. According to Exodus International, the said app has been a good tool for those who are looking for ways to free themselves from homosexuality. But the real controversy started when Apple, believed to be a strong advocate of gay rights, pulled off the so called “gay cure” into oblivion. Apple said that they strongly believe that a person’s fundamental rights are not affected by sexual orientation. So far Apple released any official statement yet about the situation. Exodus International on the other hand was incredible disappointed, as expected. Source
