It looks like a great part of Windows Phone related leaks comes from Europe. For example, Nokia has a factory in Romania and products some of its details in Ukraine. No, there is nothing strange in this cause, as a rule, serious manufacturers have their factories all over the world. But the best part is that those factories and departments are the best sources for different leaks. For example, PocketPC.ch (Czech site about mobile and not only stuff) states that they know something about the upcoming update known as Tango. They say that Tango will be also called Windows Phone 7.6 and has the build number starting at 7.20.1050.5.
