On the front cover of the new USA Today is a women on it claiming to be an app-aholic, or addicted to apps. The article says if they take one look to see whats on her smartphone you will not questions that she is addicted. She really does have an app for everything, she is a developers dream. If an app is created for something in your life like counting the amounts of water you intake, how many steps a day you take, she has it, and of course she has the regular news app, bank account app, and etc. I mean yes apps are suppose to help make your day easier, but there comes a limit where you have to draw the line and say thats to much. I don't really agree with that statement, I believe Barbara Place the women in this USA Today article is just using her iPhone smartphone to its full potential as well as the apps. Yes I know the husband said he is growing jealous of her iPhone, but in my opinion he should just buy one himself. Yes I guess you can say becoming dependent on these app can possible happen, but I don't see rehabs poping up all over the country for the iPhone or App Store. One day who knows maybe apps will run our everyday world, and help us drive our car, just think how addicted we will be then... [Via USA Today]
