Some of Apple’s law suits do make sense but in most cases Apple’s patent war is another method to slow down its competitors or prevent their products from being sold on the world’s mobile market. A great example is Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 which was banned in Germany and Australia. Of course, things are back to normal now but in what cost! Anyway, the next lawsuit against Motorola was not that successful after all. In this battle Moto’s advocate-samurais did their best to make judges sure that their company makes everything on their own.
